We’ve raised $6.5m in seed funding, led by Peak, with participation from Pitchdrive, Heliad, Foreword VC and Adeline, alongside angel investors including Intercom co-founder Des Traynor.

This funding will help us build more for the property teams already using Lette, grow our UK operation and bring Lette to more residential operators across Europe.

Housing is a human industry

Lette began with an apartment search. When Mohan spoke to the teams managing the buildings, he found they were frustrated too: enquiries, follow-ups and spreadsheets were taking time away from residents.

We started building alongside residential operators in Ireland to take that repetitive work off their plates. Today, that work extends from the first enquiry through leasing, resident support, maintenance and payments.

From leasing to resident operations

Lette connects that work across the resident lifecycle.

Our AI agents handle leasing from first enquiry to signed lease, answer resident questions, coordinate maintenance and flag missed rent so teams can step in early. Residents can get help through the channels they already use, including email, WhatsApp, SMS and voice, as well as Lette’s resident app.

For operators, this works alongside their existing property management systems, including Yardi and MRI. Updates flow back into those systems, so teams can get started without a migration.

Today, Lette supports more than 30,000 homes. Across those homes, over 60% of resident support and maintenance requests are handled automatically. We’ve cut the time it takes to lease a home from two weeks to under four days, and helped one leading build-to-rent operator add more than 1,000 homes without increasing headcount.

Our customers now include JLL and large financial institutions across the UK and Ireland.

What comes next

We’ve opened our London office and grown our team sixfold in a year. This funding allows us to keep hiring across product, engineering and customer operations, deepen our work with UK operators and expand into new European markets in 2027.

Our ambition is to build the system residential teams rely on throughout the life of a home. That means continuing to work closely with operators, understanding the details that make their buildings run well and building those lessons into Lette.
