What you will be building

You will work closely with the founders, engineers, and early customers to craft a product that’s not only functional but delightful. This is not a narrow UI role. You will influence product strategy, user experience, and the way we think about design across the company.

You will:

• Lead the design of our core platform and customer-facing experiences

• Collaborate across engineering, product, and operations to ship features end-to-end

• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product decisions

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that scale with the product

• Define and maintain our design system and ensure consistency across the platform

• Advocate for users and design thinking in all aspects of company strategy

We do not expect you to be familiar with every tool or process. What matters is curiosity, craftsmanship, and a deep empathy for users.

We move fast, cut scope ruthlessly, and ship value daily via feature flags. You will be instrumental in shaping both the product and design culture from day one.

What you'll bring

• 4+ years of experience in product, UX, or interaction design, ideally at a startup or scale-up

• Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful user experience and polished visual design

• Experience working end-to-end from research to high-fidelity execution

• Product-mindedness: you care about what you design and why it matters

• High agency: you identify problems, propose solutions, and drive them to completion

• Strong collaboration: experience working closely with engineers and stakeholders

• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving priorities

Nice to have:

• Experience designing for SaaS, proptech, or B2B products

• Familiarity with AI-powered products or agentic workflows
