What you will be building

You will work directly with the founders across all aspects of the business, from product and operations to strategy and customer engagement. This is not a narrow support role, you will be a multiplier, helping us move faster, make better decisions, and scale smarter.

You will:

• Partner with founders to define company strategy, roadmap, and execution plans

• Support early customer engagements, including onboarding, feedback collection, and product discovery

• Drive operational projects that cut across product, engineering, and business functions

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment

• Take ownership of ad-hoc projects that are critical to the company’s growth

We do not expect you to have experience in every area. What matters is your curiosity, problem-solving ability, and hunger to learn fast.

What you'll bring

• 1-3 years experience in fast-paced, high-impact roles (startup, consulting, strategy, operations, or similar)

• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to make decisions

• Excellent communication skills: able to distill complex problems and influence stakeholders

• High agency: you see what needs to be done and take ownership

• Generalist mindset: happy to jump between strategy, operations, product, and customer-facing work

• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities

Nice to have:

• Experience in proptech, real estate, or SaaS

• Exposure to AI or data-driven products
